THE CONCEPT
Anticipatory Action means acting before a hazard hits, releasing pre-agreed financing and triggering pre-planned responses the moment a forecast threshold is crossed. It shifts humanitarian work from reaction to preparation.
Media is the missing link: technical alerts only save lives when they reach people in a language, format and channel they trust. Media4AA ensures they do.
